Our Direct Drive, bidirectional Wheel is a unique design that is maintenance friendly for servicing and inspection of the internal parts. Best of all, the SAS Global Sure Blast can be set for either clockwise or counter clockwise rotation using the same wheel and internal parts! No special kit or additional parts to buy.

The Sure Blast is both flexible and durable. The complete, all-in-one wheel is available in 1750 rpm and 3600 rpm speeds with motors from 10 to 75 HP. End and top liners are cast in 15-3 Chrome Moly White Iron for maximum life!

Designed for use in most blast cleaning machines in high production steel shot blast cleaning operations, the Manganese steel housing design has only 3 replaceable liners which can be replaced quickly from the top of the opened box, greatly reducing maintenance and installationtime. These housings come fully assembled in both 19" & 15" diameter and ready for your installation.
